Halloumi Burger
Our halloumi burger is quick, easy and extremely tasty. It’s the perfect option to whizz up quickly at the beginning of the week.
We grilled our halloumi on an outdoor grill, but of course if you don’t manage to get a pocket of evening sunshine to do the same, a regular frying pan works perfectly.
