200g of your favourite granola (opt for one with minimal added sugar)2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp vanilla extract1-2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)Pinch of salt

- Blitz the granola in a food processor until it becomes a smooth butter consistency. This may take a few minutes, but patience is key here!
- Slowly add in the olive oil and vanilla extract.
- Continue to blend until everything is well incorporated.
- Test the level of sweetness, add the maple syrup sparingly, but according to your own preference.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of salt to bring out all those lovely flavours.
- Store in an airtight jar in your pantry – and just like that, you’ve got a delicious, nut-free spread ready to go.
