8 heaped tsp Folláin Irish Tomato Relish400g Tin chopped tomatoes50g (2 oz) Freshly grated parmesan

- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring now and then.
- Stir into hot, cooked pasta and sprinkle with extra grated parmesan and black pepper.
