Prawn and Smoked Salmon Kebabs

A wonderfully simple yet elegant finger food, which complements both Folláin Chargrilled Red Pepper Relish and Folláin Cucumber Pickle superbly.

6 Strips of smoked salmon6 large Prawns (cooked and shelled)1 Lemon cut into wedgesTo serve Folláin Cucumber Pickle or Folláin Fire Roasted Pepper Relish

- Roll up the strips of smoked salmon.
- Thread onto skewers with prawns and lemon wedges.
- Serve with Folláin cucumber pickle or Folláin chargrilled red pepper relish and a potato salad.
