Ingredients

  • 1tbsp plus extra Nutshed Origional Penut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice (we used oat)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 heaped tsp, plus extra Folláin no added sugar Raspberry Jam
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Pinch Sea salt

Method

  1. Give the jam a good stir and add a tsp to the bottom of the chilled glass
  2. Blend together the banana, coconut milk (or milk of your choice), salt, peanut butter & Vanilla until it is all combined but still nice and thick.
  3. Add the rest of the milk and blend, bit by bit until you have your perfect consistency
  4. Pour into your prepared glass and for best jammy results, drink with a straw.
