1 jar Folláin’s Salted Caramel Sauce320g Sheets of puff pastry2 Bananas sliced1 pack White chocolate buttons (for eyes)1 tsp A little extra caramel sauce (for those spooky pupils!)
-
- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- Cut your puff pastry into spooky little rectangles (mummies need structure, after all!).
- Generously spread Folláin’s Salted Caramel Sauce over each rectangle
- Top with a few slices of banana for that extra spook-tacular flavor.
- Now for the fun part—using a knife or pizza cutter, cut strips of puff pastry and layer them across the banana and caramel-topped rectangle in a haphazard fashion. Think tattered mummy bandages—no need for perfection here!
- Bake for around 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden. (Mummy magic happens in the oven.)
- Once cooled, give your mummies their googly eyes! Stick on white chocolate buttons with a tiny dot of caramel sauce for pupils.
