Fruit and Strawberry Cream Filled Vol-au-Vents

10 Vol-au-vent cases1 Beaten egg1 tbsp Caster sugarSome Folláin Strawberry Cream (see Strawberry cream recipe)10 Fresh Strawberries

- Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/gas mark 6.
- Make up the vol au vents, brush with beaten egg to glaze, sprinkle with caster sugar and cook for 10 minutes until golden.
- Leave to cool.
- Fill the vol-au-vents with the Folláin Strawberry Cream and top with a fresh strawberry.
- Serve immediately.
