150g Fresh or frozen berries - blackberries, raspberries, strawberries1 Banana2 tbsp Folláin ‘Nothing but fruit’ Blackcurrant Jam400ml Low fat yoghurt (For Vegan option use oat, soy or coconut-based yogurt)30g Bran wheat

- In a deep bowl, blend all ingredients together with a hand blender or liquidise in liquidiser.

If too thick, thin with a little milk and pour into 2 tall glasses or can be stored in a sealed container and
brought to school.

Method
