- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and cook over medium heat until soft and slightly golden.
- Increase the heat, add the mince and fry until brown.
- Add the cumin, oregano, chilli, tinned tomatoes, Folláin chargrilled red pepper relish and red kidney beans.
- Then shake in the soy sauce and season well with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes then taste and check the seasoning.
- Serve with rice or potatoes.
