Cheese and Caramelised Red Onion Tart

1 sheet Shortcrust pastry3 tbsp Folláin Caramelised Red Onion relish with Black Garlic4 Eggs200ml Milk or cream & milk mixed120g Cheese grated (Coolea Gouda or an Irish Cheddar)Pinch NutmegPinch Salt & Pepper

- Put the pastry into a 250mm quiche dish, prick with a fork, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat eggs in a bowl and add the milk, grated cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Spread the pastry with the relish, pour in egg mixture and bake at 180 oC for 35 minutes.
- When a knife inserted in the tart comes out clean it is ready to serve.
- May be eaten hot or cold.
