Camembert Fondue with Relish
This is a great starter for a small get together and also a wonderfully romantic supper for two! Enjoy with warm crusty bread.

1 Camembert in a boxTo taste Folláin Irish Tomato, Chargrilled Red Pepper Relish or Caramelised Red Onion Relish with black garlic.1 Baguette or ciabatta loaf1 tbsp Olive oilOptional A few thyme leaves

- Remove all packaging from camembert.
- Slice rind off the top of the cheese and place back into the box.
- Drizzle with the olive oil, and sprinkle on the thyme leaves if using.
- Bake in a preheated oven 220ºC for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted and is bubbling.
- Serve in the box alongside a bowl of Folláin Exotic fruit, Tomato, Fire Roasted Pepper or Red Onion Relish.
- Tear the warm crusty bread into pieces and dip into the camembert fondue, and then into the relish.
- Alternatively, stir 2 tsp of any Folláin Relish into the melted cheese.
