Boo Berry Pies

These Berry Boo Ghost Pies, made with our Nothing But Fruit Blackcurrant Jam, are a frightfully fun project for the kids. Plus, they’re deliciously cute and need only a few ingredients!

1 jar Blackcurrant nothing but fruit1 pack pre rolled puff pastry

- Cut ghost shapes from puff pastry using a cookie cutter
- Spread Folláin Blackcurrant Jam generously on each ghost
- Place a second ghost on top, but first cut out eyes and a spooky mouth
- Seal the edges with a fork to keep the jam inside
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, until golden and puffed
