6 apples100 g flour100 g almond powder150 g sugar75 g butter2 tbsp Folláin Traditional Recipe Blackberry Jam

- Peel and dice apples, then put into buttered ramekins
- Mix Apples and blackberry jam together
- Meanwhile mix the flour, almond powder and sugar together
- Add softened butter
- Use fingers to rub in the ingredients until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs
- Spread the mixture over the apples and bake in oven for 30 minutes at 210C
- Serve up the warm crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (or spoon of custard)
- Serve warm with a dollop of cream, or a spoon of custard

- 150 g sugar
- 75 g butter
- 2 tbsp Folláin Traditional Recipe Blackberry Jam
