Ingredients

  •  6 apples⁠
  • 100 g flour⁠
  • 100 g almond powder⁠
  • 150 g sugar⁠
  • 75 g butter⁠
  • 2 tbsp Folláin Traditional Recipe Blackberry Jam⁠

Method

  1. Peel and dice apples, then put into buttered ramekins
  2. Mix Apples and blackberry jam together
  3. Meanwhile mix the flour, almond powder and sugar together
  4. Add softened butter
  5. Use fingers to rub in the ingredients until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs
  6. Spread the mixture over the apples and bake in oven for 30 minutes at 210C⁠
  7. Serve up the warm crumble with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (or spoon of custard)
  8. Serve warm with a dollop of cream, or a spoon of custard
