Air fryer donuts
Air fryer donuts, lovingly filled with our Rhubarb and Ginger Jam. It tastes as good as it sounds, and is the perfect quick and tasty treat to celebrate the weekend.

200g/220g self raising flour200g thick greek yoghurt25g butter melted2 tbsp caster sugarPinch salt1 tsp vanilla extract1 egg1 jar Folláin Rhubarb and Ginger Jam

- Whisk the egg, yoghurt & vanilla extract together until smooth
- Add the dry ingredients and stir to a smooth dough
- Dust some flour over a plate for placing your dough balls on to
- Portion out heaped tbsp of the mixture on to the floured plate
- Flour your hands & roll into balls
- Preheat airfryer to 200 degrees Celsius (roast or bake setting)
- Place some parchment in the airfryer & spray with oil
- Add the donut balls, leaving space in between and spray with 4-5 sprays of oil
- Bake for 8 minutes at 200 degrees then reduce the temperature to 170 and bake for a further 4-5 minutes
- Brush with 20g melted butter and cover in sugar
- Make hole in donuts and fill with Rhubarb and Ginger Jam
