Raspberry Ripple Frozen Yoghurt
Quick and easy treat!
The real way to cool down on a hot Summers evening.

500ml Low fat natural yoghurt (For Vegan option use Vegan oat/coconut or plant-based yogurts)3 tbsp Folláin ‘No Added Sugar’ Raspberry Jam

- Mix in Folláins nothing but fruit Raspberry Jam into yoghurt, swirling around but not making it pink.
- Pour into a suitable freezer container.
- Put in freezer.
- After 2 hours, remove from the freezer and mix with a larger spoon to break up ice crystals.
- Refreeze until hard ~ 3-4 hours.
- Serve with mixed fruit salad.
