Ingredients

  • 1 jar Blackcurrant nothing but fruit
  • 1 pack pre rolled puff pastry

Method

  1. Cut ghost shapes from puff pastry using a cookie cutter
  2. Spread Folláin Blackcurrant Jam generously on each ghost
  3. Place a second ghost on top, but first cut out eyes and a spooky mouth
  4. Seal the edges with a fork to keep the jam inside
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, until golden and puffed
