We served these airfryer scones with our Traditional Raspberry Jam, the slightly tart flavour perfectly counterbalances the sweetness of the fruit, so it’s a winner for us.

Traditional Recipe

Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 225g self-raising flour⁠
  • 25g caster sugar⁠
  • 50g cold butter⁠
  • 1 egg⁠
  • 100ml milk (approx)⁠

Method

  1. Sieve flour into a large bowl, add caster sugar.⁠
  2. Cut butter into cubes, rub into flour and sugar.⁠
  3. Beat egg and milk together, add to flour mixture to form a dough.⁠
  4. Shape dough, brush tops with leftover egg & milk.⁠
  5. Bake at 180°C in air fryer for 15-20 minutes.⁠
  6. Glaze with our Apricot Jam, and serve with our Traditional Raspberry Jam.⁠
