Air Fryer Scone
We served these airfryer scones with our Traditional Raspberry Jam, the slightly tart flavour perfectly counterbalances the sweetness of the fruit, so it’s a winner for us.

Raspberry Jam

225g self-raising flour25g caster sugar50g cold butter1 egg100ml milk (approx)

- Sieve flour into a large bowl, add caster sugar.
- Cut butter into cubes, rub into flour and sugar.
- Beat egg and milk together, add to flour mixture to form a dough.
- Shape dough, brush tops with leftover egg & milk.
- Bake at 180°C in air fryer for 15-20 minutes.
- Glaze with our Apricot Jam, and serve with our Traditional Raspberry Jam.
